Only 2% of investment goes to female entrepreneurs.*
That’s not a gap. It’s a chasm.
We launched Make Her Mark because good intentions are not enough. The initiative gives one women-led business a complete branding package, on us.
Female founders have the vision, talent and drive to build incredible businesses. But too often they face systemic barriers like limited access to funding and missed opportunities. Make Her Mark is our way of taking action, offering tangible support to help change the narrative.
We launched the initiative on International Women's Day, as a signal of our commitment to supporting women in business and to closing the gender gap.

Make Her Mark ran for the first time in 2025. The response was extraordinary, and we were so inspired to learn about so many incredible businesses led by women across industries and countries.
The selected one for the rebrand was Redyoos, a jewellery-recycling pioneer with a mission to keep pre-loved pieces out of landfill and reclaim precious metals to power clean energy technology. We worked with Cleo Escarez, Redyoos founder, to build a brand rooted in reduction: less noise, more clarity. An identity as purposeful as the business behind it.
"Redyoos' rebrand is about clarity and impact—making our mission to drive social and environmental change impossible to ignore. The new visual identity plays a powerful role in that transformation. Through bold color choices, clean typography, and symbolic design elements, we've created a look that reflects our values and energizes our message. It's not just beautiful—it's purposeful. The aesthetic now acts as a beacon for our community, signaling who we are and what we stand for at every touchpoint."

Running Make Her Mark again this year was a no-brainer. In 2025 we saw first-hand what women-led businesses are capable of, and it set a high bar. The applications we received in 2026 raised it further. The ambition, the rigour, the clarity of vision across so many different industries and sectors. Female founders are not waiting for permission to build great businesses. They are already doing it.
Make Her Mark exists to make sure their brands can keep up.
Applications for 2026 are now closed and we cannot wait to start the rebrand with the next female founder selected.
